

Health and Wellbeing Assessment

A Health Assessment with our Physiologist provides you with the opportunity to review your physical condition and lifestyle, to ensure your continued health and well being. There are many reasons why you might want a health assessment, some of which include:

• Concern regarding a family history of disease
• Establishment of future health risk
• To increase energy levels and vitality
Health Assessments can also be extremely beneficial to a broad range of the population as the benefits include:

The following physiological markers are measured during an assessment:

• Body Mass Index (BMI)
• Waist size
• Body fat percent
• Hydration level
• Blood pressure
• Assessment of fitness level
• Urine analysis
• Susceptibility to stress related conditions
• Antioxidant status
• Total Cholesterol
• Triglycerides
• Blood Glucose
Following measurement of the above parameters there will be a discussion of findings as test results are immediately available. A detailed lifestyle coaching and a personalised action plan by the Physiologist will be developed and if required, a case management of any health issues identified during the session. The client will then receive a written personalised report within one week of attending covering all aspects found and discussed during the session.
