Success at the Bridgehampton Polo
Over the summer months Jon and Jeremy Unwin (Our Doctor of Chinese Medicine and manual therapist) have been working with the Great Oaks Polo Team based in Southampton New York. The Team successfully managed to negotiate their way through injury and won both the coveted Mercedes Benz Challenge Cup, and the Hamptons Cup, one of the sport's most treasured prizes. The titles were challenged for by some of the world's best equestrian athletes with Great Oaks winning out both tightly fought finals. Many congratulations to the Team

The summer months have also seen Jon's clients and European Tour golfers Jamie Donaldson and Nick Dougherty produce great results with Nick winning the German Open and Jamie narrowly missing out on the SAS Swedish Open Title, and achieving a 6th place finish at the Jonnie Walker Championship.
Jon Presents at IDEA Personal Training Conference, Alexandria, Virginia
Jon has been chosen to present at the IDEA Personal Trainer Institute™ as a recognised leader in the personal training and fitness field. IDEA is the worlds leading Personal Training conference, with 27 presenters and 600 delegates from around the world attending over the 3 days. Jon's is the the only presenter invited to teach from the UK.
Golf Performance Centre has opened at Cranfield Golf Academy at Sandown
We have great pleasure in announcing that our flagship Golf Conditioning and Human Performance Centre has opened as part of the Cranfield Golf Academy Centre at Sandown, Esher.
Marleen Anderson, BSc, CHEK Golf Biomechanic will be heading up the centre, which will be offering individual bespoke golf assessments and exercise programmes as well as specific golf conditioning classes to enhance every players game. Marlene will be available for appointments during the week and weekends. Keep checking our website for more information on the up and coming conditioning class schedule.
Stuart Green MSc, CHEK III, CHEK Golf Biomechanic will also be available for appointments with individuals who suffer from more serious back issues or orthopaedic problems. Stuart is currently working with a number of European Tour players as well as serious amateurs who want to achieve physical excellence in the game of golf. Due to Stuart’s current commitments he will only be available once a month at the Performance Centre.

From next month Jon will be the health and golf performance advisor to Today's Golfer magazine. He will be contributing a monthly article in association with Dan Frost PGA professional and leading coach. www.todaysgolfer.co.uk
